Systems: Web, Front End, User Interface, User Experience, & Usability

We have been building websites since 1996. Best practices and A/B testing should drive front end design, user interfaces, user experience, and usability. Opinion based design can hinder growth. What's your goal for the project? Goals set the direction. We gather the information, develop the content, build the functionality, then comes the design.

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

Using tape for backup is like playing Russian Roulette, you will not know when the tape has gone bad until it's too late. Companies like DataDomain, ExaGrid, Symantec, and FalconStor have created incredible deduplication technologies that increase the speed of backup and restore. Not only is speed increased, deduplication makes disk to disk backup affordable and practical. Average deduplication ratio is 20:1, which means that for every 20 gigs of backup file space, it only takes up 1 gig of physical disk space.

In the midst of disaster, backup is just a small part of a solid continuity plan. Imagine being able to continue business before, during, and after a hurricane without interruptions. The true value of business continuity is when your clients can rely on you when they need you.

Rack Servers, Blades, NAS, and SANs. Technology advances faster than most budgets will allow, with these advances, the technology also becomes more cost effective. Newer servers are many more times more powerful than servers just four years old. Entire racks of servers can be replaced with newer hardware and virtualization technology such as VMware. This will save your business money by reducing power consumption, increasing performance, lowering the cost of disaster recovery and continuity.
